Good Points: the accomadation was clean spacious and had everything you need for a comfortable enjoyable stay and the staff where very friendly and helpful.
Bad Points: nothing it was excellent
Further Comments: The hotel is of an excellant standard and has a very homely feeling about it - its is very clean and has everything in it that a person needs for a relaxing stay. The staff are very friendly and most helpful. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family

Good Points: Spacious and comfortable.
Further Comments: Serviced appartments are great for freedom to do as you please - which with the facilities available in Birmingham is perfect. This is not a hotel - so don't expect the usual bar and restaurant facilities.
