| Good Points: Carpets and furniture of good quality. Very good service |
| Bad Points: Hair-dryer inconvenient to use - socket on opposite side of room to mirror and mirror light not working. Several curtain hooks were unattached. |
| Further Comments: Bathroom - very disappointing. Bathroom wall was damp with extensive signs of mould. Bathroom fittings were dated - stylish perhaps in the late 1970s. No towel rail.
Penhaligan toiletries - one small bottle of shampoo, bath foam and body lotion was inadequate for two people use to shower twice during the stay. No soap, tissues, flannel or other bathroom luxuries etc were supplied . This was extremely disappointing as the feature Penhaligan toiletries was a motive for choice of the room standard.
Bathrobes were not provided.
The experience did not match up with the romantic and lavish impression created by your marketing literature and, although adequate, left us feeling disappointed with our stay. The visit was a celebration of a special occasion. |

| Good Points:
Absolutely stunningly presented |
| Further Comments: Staff and owners couldn't do enough. First rate service and all round experience. You have to try the steak when dining here. Unbeleivable |
