Good Points: Great location. Hotel was excellent
Bad Points: Close to train station, so there was some noise, but soon got used to it.
Further Comments: Great location. A few minutes from the train station, so not far to walk with the bags. About five minute walk to Princes street and just a few minutes to the Royal mile. We preferred the Royal mile to Princes street as it was not as busy and more places to eat and drink. The hotel was excellent and would highly recommend it.

Good Points: Great location. Hotel was excellent

Good Points: Location was excellent. Good value for money. Would recommend for a short break. Staff pleasant. Room was adequate but basic.
Bad Points: There was a bit of a smell in the room that appeared to be coming from the bathroom. Bit like a wet cloth had been left lying.
