Good Points: View from the room
Bad Points: The bare electrical wires hanging out of the wall under the radiator. The fire alarm was set off 2 AM. The doors in corridor outside our room slammed every time someone went through them at 3 4 5 6 and 7 AM
Further Comments: Good hotel but more attention to maintenance details and other guests would help.

Good Points: Nice, clean, Modern Hotel with excellent facilities.
Bad Points: The bedroom walls were to thin. Hearing other peoples TV's and talking disrupted my sleep.
Further Comments: Staff were very friendly and the quality of the food was excellent. Very dissapointed with the bedroom walls being so thin. I could even here snoring from one of the next rooms. Due to this I had a poor nights sleep.

Good Points: Clean and uncluttered, everything worked
Bad Points: Probably a lack of good working light
Further Comments: Unfortuanetly I was unabel to take advantage of breakfast, but from my experience the waiting staff were courteous and extremely helpful, the food was also excellent. I will certainly visit again taking the opportunity to use the facilities on offer.

Good Points: I liked the overall feel and ambience.The staff could not have been more helpful,from the moment we arrived until we checked out ,nothing was too much effort.I will certainly recommend your hotel to friends and family.
Bad Points: Made an error and booked a twin room Room 114..smell of drains in the bathroom,made it a bit pongy!!
Further Comments: A clean modern hotel spa.Staff very well trained and attentive.Chilly in lounge due to a howling gail and rain outside..and when the double doors opened we all caught the chill of the elements.Not comfortable to sit,read and relax,sadly.Overall the temp was on the cool side. Room well appointed.Bathroom smelt..may need looking at by the plumber.Beds comfy ,linen spotless, wardrobe adequate,and generally very good value for money Breakfast was fairly good.Cooked breakfast was more stewed than I would have liked,but you cannot keep bacon crisp in a bain marie. Prices in the bar were high so we did not stay in to enjoy the ambience there.Coupled with the fact that it was not a cosy and intimate environment,anyway. A Bientot Mary and Steve. ps We will return!!!
