Good Points: it was clean and tidy , and very acessable to the airport
Bad Points: no hot food in the morning
Further Comments: why there was no evening meal to be got , when i return back to the hotel that evening

Good Points: very good place to stay.... would recommend
Bad Points: kettle in the room didn't heat up as well as it should but besides that it was great value for money. don't go anywhere else!!!
Further Comments: all i can say is... we are visiting liverpool again in may and will be booking the same hotel.... and if poss room.

Good Points: Clean. Breakfast available at 5 a.m. Morning staff very helpful & friendly
Bad Points: Told on checkin that hotel minibus not operating next morning. Ordered a bar meal - person taking order disinterested. Meal awful & overpriced. Chef seemed confused.

Good Points: The best room we have stayed in for a long,long time.

Bad Points: I stayed in room 520 at the airport hotel site in liverpool and found that a light breeze outside had an unbelievably noisy effect in ceiling void at the area around my room. having mentioned this to staff the next morning, i found that they could not understand what i meant. maybe someone should investigate this further as sleeping was quite difficult
Further Comments: Convenience, availability, cleanliness, friendliness, value for money. All of these are paramount when booking a room and I would overlook the problem of noise one more time but should that remain an issue I would reconsider booking elsewhere.
