Good Points: Acommodation was very clean and tidy..to a high standard and the staff were very friendly and helpful....the food was also of a very high standard and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be passing on our recommendations to friends and family !
Bad Points: The only downside was the dreadful rainy weather but even that didn't spoil our break...the only problem we had was with the toilet which wouldn't flush properly but we forgot to mention that when we left
Further Comments: Overall our stay at the Swan was very enjoyable and a welcome winter break...the location is excellent and the view of the river very picturesque. The staff were very helpful and friendly..the food delicious and the the traditional style of the place very relaxing. Cleanliness was of a very high standard..a proper home from home! We look forward to a return visit in the summer and have passed on brochures to friends and family

Good Points: Clean with a good restaurant menu + friendly helpful staff
Bad Points: The heating didnt work
Further Comments: Recently reopened following refurb I thought it was good vfm. Given that my stay was a shot in the dark I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the accommodation and reataurant. I felt at home there.
