the hosts were very informative and helpful, also very friendly. |

nothing we really disliked, all we were after was a bed for the night after ghost hunting!!!!! |
| Further Comments: we arrived later than we hoped but this didn't faze the hosts. they were very helpful and friendly and suggested a few activities that we might like to try over our stay. the short (5 mins) walk to the centre of york was a bonus. |

| Further Comments: we were made to feel very welcome, everywhere was neat and clean, our room was a little small but it was adequete, the breakfast were very nice and cooked how we like our food, we would stay there again, we thought it was very good value for the money, thank you |

| Further Comments: Excellent accommodation. If we had stayed longer may have used the dvd library and the in house menu. Thought this was a nice idea and have not experienced these facilities before in guest houses. |
