Good Points: Central to the city centre, able to walk to all venues we required
Bad Points: Noisy due to renovations
Further Comments: Was not informed at time of booking that renovation work was going on. It was a cold week end (we were caught in a snow blizzard) on way back to hotel (unable to get taxi) and the hotel was very cold, when I asked why, I was informed perhaps the air conditioning is on I did not see any heating facilities in the hotel corridors. I asked for the mini bar to be stocked, to be informed were changing them, if this is the case why leave an empty mini bar in an executive room! I was charged for all facilities that the hotel advertises but these were not all available, perhaps a reduction should be offered to guests. Would recommend if all issues corrected.
