price a little higher than we usually pay, and the we only paid because of the location. otherwise we would have stayed in the holiday inn express in the town centre. |

| Further Comments: FOOD FROM YOU BAR WAS TERRIBLE. WE ORDERED 2 PORTIONS OF CAJUN CHICKEN AND WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UP TO 45 MINS, WHICH WAS NOT A PROBLEM, BUT WHEN THE FOOD ARRIVED THE CHICKEN WAS EXTREAMLY DRY AND CURLED UP AT THE EDGES AND HAD CLEARLY BEEN COOKED QUITE SOME TIME PREVIOUS AND LEFT UNDER SOME KIND OF HEAT LAMP. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THE BAR STAFF I WAS SIMPLY TOLD WE ARE VERY BUSY, YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT UP TO 1HOUR IF YOU WANT A REPLACEMENT BY WHICH POINT WE WOULD HAVE MISSED THE BEGINNING OF THE CONCERT WE WERE THERE TO SEE. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE HOTEL, ONLY THE FOOD. |
