Good Points: the executive suites were clean
Bad Points: very poor value for money, small rooms
Further Comments: the size of rooms and food was poor value for money. the continental breakfast at 9.99 pounds was unsatisfacotry - the tea was cold, the fruit brown and stale, a poor selection of cereals. I chose not to have dinner at the hotel. Reception staff at the executive suite were unhelpful.

Bad Points: The whole thing was not good.
Further Comments: From the first momoment I arrived, Did not Know which Hotel to go, so askes Security and he was very abrobt. Evevtually I found the right Hotel, Then I was told I would not be able to eat-in, due to corperate event, which we was not aware of, then asked for room service, then told to go to sister hotel. Then finally woke up second morning to a power cut. The room was freezing had no early morning call which was pre-arranged, and finally not even an appology when checking out. Staff are like robots and dont even great you with a smile. I will be writing to the Hotel Manager ref. To my stay!! Not Value For Money At All!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Points: Accommadation was good, especially as there was a bath.
Bad Points: We couldn't find the hotel,it was poorly signposted, no indication that it was a hotel, and we spent about half an hour driving around to try and find the hotel part of the complex.
Further Comments: I would like to have known that it was on a complex. I would like to have known that I'd have to go outside to locate the pool and I assumed that the spa would be open beyond ten in the evening. There are no signs for the hotel anywhere, even the actual building was called a 'Waterfront Centre' - how were we meant to know it was a hotel!
