Good Points: Superbly furnished room - spacious with commanding views - comfortable and well equipped. Restaurant especially excelled all of our expectations and Management and Staff really accomodated our request and meals were a delight.
Bad Points: Not really a dislike but would have found waste basket in room handy
Further Comments: As above. We had no preconceived notions as to what to expect but to be honest our experience surpassed any which we might have had!! From the check in to check out we were treated 'royally'! The lounge and cocktails, made by the Manager, are worthy of special mention. We will certainy book again next time we are in the area.

Bad Points: slight smell of drains in morning? excellent apart from this and it wouldnt stop me from staying again.
Further Comments: could have had a better choice of food,although the food was excellent,if you were on a budget it may prove expensive.

Further Comments: Hotel very easy to find and in a good location, The food can only be described as out of this world complemented with an excellent wine list

Bad Points: Inflexibility of evening meal.
Further Comments: This is a newly refurbished hotel done to the highest standards. The choice of menu for breakfast was exceptionally good and the quality was top class. The evening meal was excellent, but was a 3 course gourmet dinner with a limited choice and a high fixed price to match.If that is what you want then you will be delighted. If it isn't you will have to go out to Ludlow.
