Further Comments: Everything was fine, from the initial booking to leaving.

Good Points: Our Family room was clean and furnishings/carpets fairly new and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the linen new.
Bad Points: No sea view from our window, and the room was a little small for 4. I would have liked a bath in the bathroom, as our little girl does not like showers
Further Comments: The owners were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. They were really great with the kids and were not phased at all by our little girls autism! Breakfast was really well organised and well cooked, very tasty. I would like to have seen a photo of the accommodation, or a description of the room prior to booking. I would also have liked an email address for the hotel.

Bad Points: Nothing to dislike.
Further Comments: It's a basic seaside hotel but absolutely fine. In London, I've stayed in worse places for four times the price. Highly recommended.
