Further Comments: Absolutely highly recommended. Great service, clean, tidy, and nicely decorated room. Superb selection of breakfast menu.

Good Points: Clean, tidy, friendly and warm atmosphere.
Further Comments: With a warm welcome from the hosts, we felt settled and relaxed instantly. Our room was on the small side, but everything worked and was clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent and the choice was endless. Ideally situated for Cardiff city center. We have no reason not to use this hotel again.

Bad Points: Gas boiler in the room.
Further Comments: Friendly hosts who were welcoming and gave good customer service.

Further Comments: I expect to return here next tie I am in Cardiff. The food was excellent.

Further Comments: The word bargain is rather overused, but how can this place be described as anything else? A fraction of the cost of a chain hotel, with so much better ambience and amenities. About 10 mins from city centre by bus (stops outside the door), or an easy walk.

Good Points: The warm hospitality of paul and stewart is something we liked and it was like going to our relatives house on seeing their reception. the care which they took to explain the breakfast dishes was also nice to see. good work young guys.
Bad Points: the points we disliked are the size of the room and the rate charged for that size of room. considering the size of the room and with no lift facility, the room rate can be further reduced.
Further Comments: in general ok, but with lots of luggages - a sure no no. if just for a leisure stay, ok no problem.
