Good Points: everthing just was perfect staff were friendly place was clean breakfast was great and it was cheaper than anywhere else

Good Points: Close to the sporting venue I was visiting
Bad Points: The area
Further Comments: The guest house was clean, friendly, organised and everything worked. The area was not so hot, but there was a small newsagents and Costcutter Mini Mart 2 doors away, so was able to pick up newspapers etc.. Didn't have time for breakfast on the Sunday, as I had to leave for my sporting event. Perhaps they should serve breakfast from, say 8.30am. I would definitely stay here again, as it was safe and comfortable.

Good Points: Clenliness and hoospitality and good service
Bad Points: neghbors(4 partying girls) who were extremely inconsiderate/(noisy) of guests in adjacent rooms. They deserved to be thrown out or fined.

Good Points: Not the most spacious of hotels, but up to a high standard of decor and cleanliness, the continental breakfast had a wide choice on offer. All making for good value for money.
Bad Points: There was only on road parking.
Further Comments: As stated good value for money, would definitely stay again, the only down side is location and no secure parking.
