Good Points: The accommodation was very pleasant it was all brand new, nice modern and light and airy.
Further Comments: The reason for me booking this accommodation was for my husbands birthday, We went with my friend and her husband. To make the booking was very straight forward. It was are first stay in Chester and it will not be are last. The accommodation was great the staff was very friendly they couldn't do enough for us. the hotel is right by the train station and right by the town. We will stay here again.

Good Points: Friendly staff, warm clean accomodation 10 min walk to town centre, overall good value for money.
Bad Points: The en suite facility was,different. One of those purpose built units installed in the room, this was not to our liking and was cramped.
Further Comments: We would probably not choose this hotel as a location to stay in the future, although the hotel was clean,and obviously had a lot of money spent on it in recent times and the staff we're friendly. The ensuite units let the place down, not for us.
