Good Points: The staff and managers where first class, helpfull and very pleasant.
Further Comments: I would stay at this venue anytime that I am in the area.

Good Points: Food good but a little overpriced
Bad Points: Poor room decor/furniture and very doubtful fire safety compliance. Very noisy as room backed onto a main road with lorries running all night
Further Comments: Very poor & shabby room decor & furniture. TV very poor reception with set top arial broken. Bathroom door did not close properly and difficut to open from the inside. Top floor room with gaps around doors and only one means of exit in case of fire. Hotel backs onto the main A14 and room very noisy with lorries running by all night. Food good but overpriced and restraunt staff slow and not very attentive.
