Good Points: Spacious, attractive and very clean.
Bad Points: Damp smell
Further Comments: On the whole this was a lovely hotel, perfect setting and beautifully designed and tended gardens. The room on entering looked perfect but it became obvious there was a damp problem. There was no hotel info in the room and it never arrived even though requested. My daughter requested an extra blanket as she is always cold. This was provided immediately although subsequently it wasn't necessary as the room was very warm. The reception and restaurant staff were excellent,very helpful. Breakfast was good served at the table and a wide choice. All things considerd a very pleasant stay.I would certainly come back. The hotel obviously aims for the wedding market and I couldn't imagine a lovelier setting for this.

Good Points: The room (21) was above expectation.It was recently refurbished and my comments and suggestions were handed to your reception.
Further Comments: I knew nothing about the hotel befoe booking and was impressed with the room and delighted with the gardens.The walk to the dining room might be uncomfortable in inclement weather.There was a problem at one breakfast (Sunday) when a large party appeared to come in all together an the staff were clearly overwhelmed.

Good Points: VERY PRIVATE, QUIET AND TRANQUILL
Bad Points: NO COAT HANGERS IN BEDROOM AND THE INTERIOR OF THE DRAWERS IN CUPBOARDS VERY DUSTY
Further Comments: OVERALL VERY HAPPY FOOD WAS EXCELLENT AND WOULD USE AGAIN
