Good Points: The rooms were very clean and tidy the staff friendley and helpful.
Bad Points: The only problem I had was that the heating system was noisey and kept disturbing us in the night.
Further Comments: The staff were all very friendley and helpful the rooms are kept very clean, I always consider the shower and bathrooms to be very important factor, and the ones here where excellant. The beds were very comfortable. We had a problem with the sofa bed in our first room when we came back to the room the staff had made the room next door available so we moved with no fuss. The continental breakfast provided was plentiful with lots to choose from. Would definitely stay there agin.

Good Points: New and fresh looking, close proximity to amenties
Bad Points: Wasn't well signposted by car. No wi-fi connection
Further Comments: Overall the hotel was good, it was clean and the facitlites were pretty good apart from the wi-fi as mentioned. I would use the hotel again.

Good Points: Roomy, good quality, clean.
Bad Points: No means of ironing
Further Comments: As this was one of my more positive experiences, I have only one comment which is that the express registration was not, as the staff were absent from the desk for a good few minutes and no appeared to be covering.
