Good Points: all staff are very friendly.quiet hotel because of the size.situated in an ideal spot,next to everything in town exellent
Bad Points: the hallway on the 3rd floor..was like being on the set of the shinning..poor decoration and carpet..bit spooky
Further Comments: when we come back to visit again we'd love to see the ballroom upto its original condition...what a fantastic room.

Bad Points: Breakfast; nicely served by helpful young smart waitress; but would have been better if she could have delivered full pot of tea rather than separate cups from a common pot.

Good Points: Very convenient to my business trip. The standard of refurbishment was good
Bad Points: Unfortunate that refurb is still underway so there was a bit of noise & dust but not too bad
Further Comments: This is a good location for the area and when complete I expect that there will be huge improvements. I will look forward to staying here again!!
