Good Points: The location,handy for my reason to visit.
Bad Points: Hotel not well signposted heading from motorway into city centre.
Further Comments: Nothing.AS a single traveller,all the relevent information was available on the web page.

Good Points: Friendly, helpful staff
Bad Points: would have preferred twin beds and sofa bed rather than double bed and sofa bed
Further Comments: Accommodation and staff were fine. Although room had been booked for 3, only two beds were made up on arrival but when this was pointed out the situation was rectified. The only problem we had was the lack of anything to eat later in the evening. The bar said they stopped food at 10pm - we did not get back from a performance until 10.15pm so had no alternative but to go to nearest tesco express and buy sandwiches for dinner. Other than that we thought the hotel was good value for money and a pleasant place to stay

Bad Points: extras are pricey, internet charge high, breakfast charge very high restaurant prices about right.
Further Comments: Check-in was ok but no information given about facilities, times for breakfast nor that advisable to book table for dinner but staff pleasant & helpful if information was asked for. Overall a large functional hotel adequate for our requirements.

Bad Points: No Flat Screen TV - Old fashioned, poor picture quality and small

Good Points: Availability of smoking rooms
Bad Points: lack of pillows and towels in the room
Further Comments: The receptionist was extremely helpful and patient with my elderly parents. The rooms were clean, bathroom a decent size but not enough towels for double occupancy. They were made available later that evening though. The buffet breakfast was a better than expected experience, food was good and replaced efficiently. The staff were also attentive and very helpful. The hotel itself is one of the best Premier Inns I have stayed at.

Further Comments: Excellent staff extremely friendly and helpfull.Me and my friend often come to leicester for a night out and stay at different hotels but I think we will stick with this hotel now.

Good Points: clean & convenient location
Bad Points: linked room with paper thin door which meant I was disturbed in the very early hours by the unsuspecting neighbours bodily functions being heard in minute detail

Further Comments: I did not know that there was a restaurant on site and this proved to be very convenient for us as we did not know the area and so could eat there and not worry about looking around. The staff at this hotel were very welcoming and very helpful both at reception and in the restaurant. Food was of a good standard too although as always pricy for a family but we are used to that. we found the offer of free breakfast for under 16 yr olds very helpful to our budget.Our daughter is at Leicester Uni so we will visit this hotel again.
