| Good Points:
well maintained bright and airy establishment, good off road parking, large clean bedroom with very good facilities. The hotel is located on a road just off the main road in a housing development (easily viewed from main road) my room was on the road side of the house and still quiet. pub within view of establishment, 2 min walk. |
| Bad Points:
continental breakfast was good and plentiful but although i had requested in room it was laid out in the breakfast room, not a bad point but the only thing that did not go quite as planned |
| Further Comments: excellent |

| Good Points:
Light, tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Good quality food for breakfast - except jam in those stupid little plastic packages. |
| Bad Points:
The lack of human contact. The woman who was the only person in evidence, was well meaning but seemed to have little English beyond yes, no, and good morning. |

| Good Points: The room was very nice; bathroom lovely (in fact it was more of a wet room but was very well designed - perhaps though because it was designed for the disabled to use but suited me just fine - gave me the space I like. |
| Bad Points: I was not happy that there was no one there who could speak english. When I go into hotels in my own country I expect to be dealt with in my native tongue with come degree of competence. |
| Further Comments: Over priced for what was not really a hotel. It is a guest house and really only one step above being a B&B thus I would have thought it did not merit such prices, especiallly since it is quite some distance away from the town centre with very limited facilities in the vicinity - i.e. restaurants - that can be used by someone with no transport. |
