Good Points: Accommodation was clean and warm.
Bad Points: Some of the dark burgundy paint on the wall behind the bed was scraped off in a long line which made the room appear a bit tatty. The miniature cartons of milk left with the coffee and tea were a bit off, not fresh. There were no flannels in the bathroom.

Good Points: Room was very clean, but did not look like the bedrooms shown on the Internet
Further Comments: We were given a card to get into our room, this did not work, went back to reception, we were given another card, this did not work, asked a cleaner to help, she said she did not know how the card worked, back to reception again, and were given another card, which did work this time....Wanted something to eat, being Sat lunchtime, and after travelling a long distance, to be told the Restuarant was closed, even though it said open.. Unable to get the shower to work, tried everything, so gave up in the end...

Good Points: Perfectly located for Stoke Park Golf Club
Bad Points: Absence of hotel staff for early departure (+/- 7.00 hrs)
Further Comments: It would have been good to know at the outset that the main theme of the Restaurant was Indian based. However, the food was excellent and we enjoyed the variety of dishes available. Rooms are adequate for short stays but would be small for a stay of longer than 3-4 days
