| Further Comments: tHE HOTEL AND STAFF WERE FANTASTIC I WENT WITH A GROUP OF FRIENDS TO HAVE A NIGHT OUT IN MANCHESTER AND AS US AND ANOTHER GROUP OF PEOPLE W RE YOUNG THE STAFF WERE VERY UNDERSTADNING AND FINE ABOUT ANY NOISE THAT WAS MADE |

Room was newly decorated and very functional. |
| Bad Points:
Shower in room did not function correctly, hot & cold water would not mix. Lack of television. Due to refurbishment common areas were bare floorboards. |
| Further Comments: The position re refurbishment & lack of television should have been clearly stated when making the booking. Price reductions on account of these should have been clearly granted & stated. |

| Good Points: It was cosy,clean,within a short taxi ride to city of manchester stadium,reasonably priced,it was ideal for our requirements.Staff were friendly too. |

| Further Comments: we stayed only one night,we enjoyed our stay everyone was friendly and everything was included in the price,we would use the hotel again it should be very nice when the renovations are finished. |
