| Good Points: Wonderful warm welcome & most enjoyable atmosphere. A lovely view from the room I stayed in ! | |||
| Bad Points: Liked nearly everything - just could improve with a kettle that keeps its lid on ! | |||
| Further Comments: I enjoyed a most comfortable stay & staff made me feel personally welcome, indeed honoured ! The restaurant has the most superb, subtle range of Indian Cuisine I've tased in a long while & the whole experience made for a most uplifting stay, so I look forward to an encore soon! | |||

| Good Points: General attentiveness of staff; joviality of the owner; excellent location adjacent to Derbyshire farmland. Nice heritage building touches around the site. Good wi-fi service. The restaurant food and service was very good. Easy and interesting walk back into town of Melbourne. Well located for getting out an about by car to other nearby villages. | |||
| Bad Points: There were a surprising number of large, old cobwebs, admittedly high up, but still should have been spotted and removed. Outdated lighting and fixtures, one needed some attention during our stay. A few too many squashed insect remains around the ceiling. All this means that a thorough, deep cleaning is needed, but the routine cleanliness and orderliness matters were well handled. | |||
| Further Comments: All the factors listed under what we liked about the place add up to a quite positive view. The place has a nice, relaxing feel to it, perhaps conducing to chilling out there for a longer time. | |||
