Good Points: The hotel is really modern and clean
Bad Points: Was put in a smoking room, however the hotel is so new and clean it was irrelevant.
Further Comments: I found the hotel really modern and clean. It is sometimes uncomfortable for a female travelling alone but I was made to feel very welcome in the hotel, there is a huge screen in the lounge / dining area which makes eating alone a pleasurable experience.

Good Points: Modern, Clean and functional.
Bad Points: My Partner (a lady), did not like the hairdryer. Due to the user having to continually hold the 'on' button, the nozzle neede to turn to maximise the drying, but it was fixed and was very awkward to use!
Further Comments: I checked the website before booking, so I knew the location, facilties and price were suitable for my stay and they did not disappoint!

Good Points: The hotel was like brand new and cleansiness was of the highest standard. The room was spacious and smelt lovely with all electrical appliances working and a cute little flat screen tv to keep us company.
Further Comments: Our stay at the hotel was excellant in every standard. The conditions were great with a high level of clensiness and staff trained to deal with requests and emergencies in a proffesional manner. My partner needed emergency first aid and this was provided by the reception folowed by help in geting me to the local hospital. i can say nothing mor than ST CLASS. im all ready palnning my next stay.

Good Points: the accommodation was great,couldn't fault it in any way.
Further Comments: The hotel,was pretty new,facilities were all spotless,staff very helpful,and the breakfast was spoton.

Further Comments: Large carpark, ability to eat at hotel in evening, excellant breakfast.

Good Points: Everything was absolutely spotless in the room.
Bad Points: The view out of the bedroom window.
Further Comments: This was a new and extremely bright hotel, clean throughout with friendly and efficient staff. The securoty was good, which is an important consideration when travelling alone.

Further Comments: Check out process should be quicker having submitted the credit card the night before - other Holiday Inn's have the bill all prepared from the bar till receipts the night before no need to sign again and re-produce credit card - all makes for a smooother checkout and far less paper !!!

Further Comments: Did not realise that there would be no cooked breakfast!!

Further Comments: some staff very helpful others very abrupt. mislaid my sat nav and it never turned up meaning not particular about clientel. will not be visiting this hotel again!
