Good Points: Located close to the town, Friendly welcoming atmosphere, excellent breakfasts and value for money.
Further Comments: Lovely owners with excellent local knowledge and advice. A very warm friendly place allowing you to make yourself at home. Perfect food, rooms and bedrooms.

Further Comments: The owners where very friendly and helpful. When looking for somewhere to eat they were happy to advise us on the best places to go. The B&B was very clean and the breakfast was very nice. The room was spacious and bright and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. The web site informs you they have a dog 'tin tin' whom is very quiet and freindly.

Further Comments: Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our hosts were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was very good and we would not hesitate in recommending this B&B to any of our friends.

Good Points: the room was excellent, the family that run the house were friendly, courteous and proffesional throughout our stay all in all they made our stay most enjoyable
Bad Points: my only complaint would be the noise from the road, although this is not the fault of the proprietors
Further Comments: our stay at the sea breeze house was an overall sucess, we booked our room as a base to house hunt in the area, the family were very helpful in all aspects of our visit, the room was very well presented, the breakfast was excellent, upon booking i was given all the information i needed. i would definatly stay here again should the need arise, top marks to the family
