| Good Points:
We were able to reserve a parking space when we made our reservations, we were made welcome from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay, nothing was too much of a problem. |
| Bad Points:
No bad points |
| Further Comments: When we arrived we were immediately made welcome by Nicky and was offered some tea, a copy of the weather forecast was made available, the accommodation was very good, and Nicky also arranged for us to receive a free bottle of wine at a very nice restaurant. In all we had an excellent stay, thank you. |

| Good Points:
Lovely bright clean room with a decent sized en-suite, containing a double shower. Very tastefully decorated throughout the house. |
| Bad Points:
Nothing to dislike. |
| Further Comments: We were not disappointed with any aspect of our stay. Our room was delighful and spotlessly clean with a spacious en-suite. It was nice to have a settee in the room, where we could sit and read and watch TV. We were greeted with a pot of tea, despite there being tea making facilities in the room, which was a nice touch. There was a good choice at breakfast and we could choose the time to eat, so made the most of a lie in. We would definitely return if we visit Ilfracombe in the future. Thanks to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. |

| Good Points: We were made to feel very welcome. Nicky was really friendly and able to give helpful advice about the local area. It was very clean, and no set time to have breakfast was really nice, we chose a time convenient for us. Location was good too. |
| Further Comments: This was a lovely guest house, we were greeted by first name when we arrived and made to feel very welcome. The room was very clean comfortable and nicely presented. We were able to choose a convenient time for us to eat breakfast, which was nice, and breakfast was really good quality. The lacation was good (approx 10min walk to town) although a very hilly area generally (so being fit is a definate advantage!!). We would definately look at booking here again, and will recommend to friends too. Mrs N Edwards was a lovely host. |

| Good Points: We were made especially welcome. The room was very clean and facilities were spot on. The proprietor even supplied some bubbly for our anniversary - what a lovely touch! |
| Bad Points: The en-suite was a tiny bit cramped but nevertheless exceptionally clean. Car parking was challenging when all bays were occupied! |
| Further Comments: Situated on the main road into Ilfracombe, the Dorchester is walking distance to the town. (We would highly recommend the Ilfracombe Tandoori for eating!!!)
The breakfast was exemplary - even though the weather was appalling!!! C'est la vie |
