Good Points: It did what is said on the tin. the room is very basic but for the price its more then adaquate. Plus internet access is available, but limited to 25MB browsing/downloads. There is a TV and rooms cleaned daily.
Bad Points: There is no breakfast in the morning or tea and iron etc.
Further Comments: Simply ensure there is breakfast available. as although it says ￃﾂￂﾣ3.50 additional its only available to large groups of people. Find out where the local shops are since the place i stayed at in middlesbrough way a distance away from the local shops.

Good Points: Very good value for money - spotlessly clean
Bad Points: Wall heater did not appear to work
Further Comments: A very good and comfortable stay with helpful and pleasant staff.

Good Points: value for money
Bad Points: The smell of smoking in the room was very strong
Further Comments: Good value for money the room was clean but was lost by the strong smell of nicotene in the room thought about asking for a new room but as we arrived late thought it wasn't worth it. Staff were friendly and helpful both in the morning and at night.

Good Points: The room was ok and the facilities were ok as well. There was plenty of spaces to park in the car park.
Bad Points: The accommodation could have been cleaner. I was not keen on the communal facilities and i did not like the fact that there was no facilities in the room to make a hot drink.
Further Comments: I would have preferred to have been able to see the room on the internet before hand and i weould have liked more information on things like that there was no standard meals included in the price of the room. However i would also like to point out that on our second night at the B&B i was locked out as the pin code for the room did not work on the front door and thank fully there was somebody who let me in.

Good Points: Cheap and cheerful
Bad Points: bit far from town
Further Comments: Although there was a mix up with the booking, the guy checking us in sorted it without any fuss. The room itself was good, the facilities were clean and in good working order. Overall a good stay.

Good Points: As a businese trip accommodation, I like the competitive room rate and reasonable service.
Bad Points: Quite difficult to locate the hotel at the first day before check-in, even by the taxi driver who was from Darlington railway station.
Further Comments: (1) I would like if the hotel location map can be detailed more. (2) Add and introduce some nearby sightseeing visiting points

Good Points: very private, clean, most of the staff were very friendly, spot on for the price... would recommend to anyone that just needed a place to sleep...
Bad Points: The room was a little small, but im sure that only reflects the price

Good Points: Cheap
Bad Points: No en-suite; hard chair in room; poor facilities to work in room; no tea/coffee in room.
Further Comments: I would have liked to have known before booking that there was no en suite. (I would not have booked if I had known.) The toilets provided were pretty grim, cramped and not very pleasant to use. I didn't even try the shared shower as I did not bring a dressing gown. There was only one power socket in the room so using a laptop was difficult. I know the hotel is a cheap no-frills facility but it was too low below the comfort line for me.

Further Comments: If I knew in my booking that there was not a shower room ensuite, but communal toliets and showers, I would definitely not have booked. No receptionist in the morning for more than one hour.

Good Points: room was tidy,staff were freindly
Bad Points: toilet handle not working properly,batterys not working in remote control,chair in room not very comfortable as there is no back support.edges of carpet on corridors look a bit shabby
Further Comments: overall for the price i paid i thought it was adequate,I would stop again.

Good Points: Very clean, mimimal but perfectly adequate and good value
Bad Points: A long room code to remember if you left for the toilet and had forgotten to put a copy of the number in your pajama pocket!
Further Comments: I like to have access to a kettle in a room but the coffee machine in the reception was ok and reasonably priced. On a hot night a little more ventilation would not have gone amiss as the window opening was limited by the security cable. Otherwise the room was clean, comfortable and I would be happy to use it again. The ventilation in hot weather would be more of a dilemma for three occupants.

Further Comments: great for an enroute overnight stop. at the weekend seems to be used by stag/hen parties, could be a problem if you are a light sleeper.
