Good Points: The astomsphere of the hotel was lovely and the staff were very professional.
Bad Points: The room that we accommodated was very disappointing because the bed was hard and the room needed re-decorating. this room was extremly disappointing for the price that we paid
Further Comments: I wouldn't recommend this hotel as 'value for money'.

Good Points: The bed was very comfortable
Bad Points: The bathroom was not clean. The sliding balcony doors did not fit properly and let in an awful draft, the room was very cold all night and the heating was on maximum

Good Points: The Accomodation was very clean and close to the event we attended.
Bad Points: The heating and hot water were both not working properly. The room service food was very poor.
Further Comments: The hotel was very clean and very close to the NEC, the reason for our stay. However, our room was very cold and the hot water was barely luke warm. We arrived back at the hotel late so ordered room service. Although this arrived promptly, the food was over cooked and not very nice. On check out, we explained about the room problems. The receptionist just said, ' Oh sorry, lots of people have complained about it this morning.' And that was that. Overall, my experience was not a good one.

Good Points: Liked the room service, the decor of the room, lighting.
Bad Points: Having to queue to check in & then again to check out.
Further Comments: I was hugely disapointed with the queing situation. On check in. after queing up, i was given the wrong room number so i had to return to the reception queue up again to ask why i couldnt get into the room then the mistake was discovered. Nobody offered to carry my bag up to the room or apologise for the error.

Bad Points: The long queues at check in.
Further Comments: Although the queue at check in was long, on Saturday evening, hotel staff were offering the guests a glass(s) of red or white wine, while in the queue. They were friendly and the meal was very tasty. It was close to the NEC, hence the reason for being there and if going to NEC again would stay again.
