| Good Points: it was the best value for money quiet but so close to the attractions and parking too we loved our stay and as soon as we are able we shall stay again |
| Bad Points: we didn't dislike anything but we thought there might of been freeview or cable tv other than that no complaints |
| Further Comments: we didnt really know what to expect to be honest but we didn't feel let down in any way are stay was only for a weekend on this occassion and the accomodation was just what we needed we had the important things bed, shower, loo and kettle. |

| Good Points: The room was warm and was clean |
| Bad Points: room was in the annexe, thin walls between rooms |
| Further Comments: the reception staff were friendly. When we got back to the hotel about 8pm it was difficult to park. on reaching our room only the double bed was made up properly. We were told the bunk beds were not made up by staff due to health and safety and that bedding was there ready for us to make them up ourselves. This was not the case and we had to wait another 20 mins for it to be brought to the room. Finally we were woken at 4am by the people returning to the room next door and were kept awake by their constant swearing and shouting until 8am. With no phone in the room to ring reception and being in the annexe there was no one to report the disturbance to. I appreciate you cannot be held responsible for their behaviour but perhaps you should consider who you are putting next to families as the incident was very upsetting for our children. |

| Good Points: Convenient to town |
| Bad Points: Room was VERY cramped and smelt of damp and smoke. |
| Further Comments: Was very disappointed by the standard of the hotel. We were in the annex and it smelt of damp and smoke. We were kept awake on our first night by people above us, having come in at 3.00 am they proceeded to walk around, shout, laugh, use the toilet, bang doors - all of which we could hear clearly. This carried on for over an hour. |

| Bad Points: Room cramped and uncomfortably hot!
Bed uncomfortable. |
| Further Comments: Car parking facilities poor - entry and spaces too narrow.
Bistro small and dark, felt claustrophobic just walking in therefore we did not use it.
Would not stay here again.
Staff friendly. |
