Good Points: The owners were very attentive and helpful without being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble even to parking the car!
Bad Points: The car parking arrangements were adequate but a very tight squeeze! A bigger car would not be able to park off the street.
Further Comments: Excellent and we would stay there again.

Good Points: very welcoming on arrival, and very helpful, and polite.
Bad Points: a little too warm , then that is just us ,others may like it warmer.
Further Comments: We would liked a little more room, and able to turn the heating down.

Good Points: was clean and friendly
Further Comments: as ex housekeeper so i no alot about hotels and guest houses. the room was very clean,staff was very friendly and very helpfull. we stayed that weekend looking for bungelow to buy and thay was very helpfull we will be back to say again soon my be after christmas. thankyou

Good Points: The en-suite room was very clean and equipped. The owners were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was superb.

Good Points: very welcoming and friendly hosts . Really appreciated offer of tea & coffee on arrival. Very clean house & room. Breakfast was well cooked.Parking was a bonus.

Further Comments: Booked on the internet very easily . Previous reviews helped us decide where we would break our journey north. Would recommend this hotel & stay again if we were in the area. Hosts were attentive and welcoming but created a relaxed atmosphere.

Good Points: very welcoming and friendly hosts . Really appreciated offer of tea & coffee on arrival. Very clean house & room. Breakfast was well cooked.Parking was a bonus.

Good Points: I thought the accommodation was very satisfactory and pleasant
Further Comments: The accommodation and the people who ran the hotel was very nice and helpful and very obliging. I would recommend this hotel to anybody if they were visitng Bridlington. Also very clean and homely. I give the place 10 out 10.

Further Comments: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel/Bnb - the breakfast was gorgeous - I dont usually bother to get up for breakfast when I have stayed at Bnb previously but this one i wouldn't miss!! Also after the couple of hours of traveling to have a cup of tea was brill!! I will definatly be back!!
