| Bad Points:
1. Television very old, poor picture, no digital, malfunctioning control.]2. Woken by fire alarm at 11pm, got dressed, opened door to leave and alarm ceased. No apologiy or explanation next day. |

Whilst room was adequate, the double glazed windows had internal condensation. Expect long walk to bedrooms after circumnavigating some six narrow fire doors and poor directions. If one has heavy luggage this can prove extremely awkward.
Cooked breakfast had appearance and taste of having been sitting on hot plate for too long - Blackpudding was dry and overcooked |

| Good Points: The hotel was in a good location for local bars and restaurants with ample parking. |
| Bad Points: cleanliness of the room. |
| Further Comments: Although it was a nice room it could have been cleaner. The mattress cover had tea stains on and their were peanuts and crisps under the beds which obviously are not cleaned after every visit. Also the remote control for the tv was missing, the pelmet light did not work and the cover was missing leaving bare wires.The pat testing for the electrical items was 5 months out of date, which i would class as a safety issue. The bathroom was kept clean. This could be a nice place to stay with better maintenance and and if cleaned properly. |
