Good Points: Modern, stylish, well equiped rooms with comfortable beds.
Bad Points: Check-in staff could have been a little more friendly
Further Comments: The rooms have all the facilities you need (fridge, safe, coffee/ tea making facilities,internet access). The room service menu is extensive with some items available on a 24 hour basis. There are also good restaurant & bar facilities and the breakfast is particularly good, with an extensive range of hot & cold dishes, fruit, cerial, yoghurt & juices.

Good Points: Clean room, nice decor, nice clean bathroom and very good quality breakfast in the morning with plenty of choice
Bad Points: From the outside the Holiday Inn looked a bit grotty so I didn't like the appearance of the place however all my fears were diminished when I saw the inside of the building
Further Comments: The staff were friendly and the hotel was lovely and great value for money. The breakfast in the morning was excellent - great choice and lovely quality.

Good Points: The room was very clean accept for some damp under the window. The bathroom was like new and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable ones i had ever slept on. The breakfast offered in the restaurant was excellent value for money and i enjoyed eating there.
Bad Points: I like to have bottled water available in the room and have found that in alot of hotels this is offered just like tea and coffee.
Further Comments: Happy with my stay at the hotel and would book again when visiting Chester providing i continue to get a similar rate with the same facilities.

Bad Points: bed was too soft, grouting in bathroom and around bath was dirty, to many children allowed in the pool at one time impossible to swim,
Further Comments: would have liked to be able to see a menu before booking, meals and drinks very expensive ie ￃﾂￂﾣ5 for glass of wine

Good Points: The quietness of the room, no noisy people coming in late Friendly, attentive and efficient staff

Good Points: The hotel staff are really friendly, I have stayed there before and went back because nothing is too much trouble, I even nominated a staff member EOM.
Bad Points: The noise and lack of supervision around the floors, we are a family of 4 and was woken at 12.30am by unconsiderate guests, we didn't want to go out and confront them ourselves, more staff monitoring would help all guests have a restful night's sleep!

Bad Points: Disabled car parking being abused by non disabled drivers.

Bad Points: Choice on Menu in Restaurant limited.
Further Comments: Excellent value for money, staff friendly & helpful. Use of gym & pool a bonus. Breakfast excellent but evening meal overpriced for food served. Overall for the same room rate, would use this hotel again.
