Good Points: Location
Bad Points: Vending machines Out of Order, Toilets Dirty, Sink in room did not empty, no remote for TV, Walls moved when touched
Further Comments: Great Location unfortunately poor quality, and value for money, the building looks acceptable from the outside, but the rooms and facilities are well passed their best, toilet floor covered in urine (identified by colour and smell) was the worst factor, If we could have found another motel/hotel, we would have left and not slept the night.

Good Points: Nice and warm room, great toilet and bathroom facilities
Bad Points: Staff need to be slightly more friendly
Further Comments: Precise distance between hotel and city centre, available local transport for commuting etc

Good Points: The price was good.
Bad Points: The state of the toilets was poor. Self cleaning, but stank of urine and were not cleaned properly.
Further Comments: The accomodation was a good price, and the room reflected this. Was a comfortable room. The toilets however (self cleaning) were not clean and stunk of urine. There could be a better way to clean these (by hand).

Good Points: it was clean and comfortable
Bad Points: direction to the rooms is not clear when it is your first visit
Further Comments: We took 4 hours to drive from our home town and then took 1 hour drivig around looking for this hotel - it was very fustrating very late at night to then find if we had been advised to look for a large blur sign for another hotel positioned at the back of your building we would have found it straight away. Eventually we spoke to someone who new the old name of your hotel and directed us where to go otherwise we would have been sleeping in the car. Not a good experience and has put us off using your hotel in the near future.

Good Points: we had a big fight over who stays in top bunk!!!
Bad Points: the bottom bunk

Bad Points: the 4/5 drunken irish idiots who were allowed to run about the hotel screeming ALL night, and were still running about screeming unchecked as we were checking out!!!
Further Comments: the above been seen as normal!!!

Good Points: Comfort, service from management, value, clean
Bad Points: toilets and no tea facilities in the room
Further Comments: The management was more than helpful, very friendly and informative. the room was clean & tidy. tea making facilities in room would be nice. toilets are a bit frightening, not used to sharing ablutions but i can get over that. apart from that everything was cool and thanks to the management for their help.

Good Points: Accommodation, price paid value for money.
Bad Points: Only two of the three vending machine were in working order. Would have been nice to have a vending machine which provided snacks.
Further Comments: The hotel was at an ideal position for Newcastle Airport. Drawback no lift to rooms. Having been place in a room on the third floor was not convienient, having to cart up luggage.

Good Points: cheap, accessible, good atmosphere
Bad Points: check-in and check-out took a long time. Still not got my ￂﾣ50 deposit refunded to my card yet.
Further Comments: Cheap and Cheerful hotel. Perfect for young groups/hen/stag do's. No frills accomodation, shared toilet and shower facilities. ￂﾣ10 in a taxi to Quayside. No food onsite, limited refreshments.

Good Points: It was cheap and clean
Bad Points: I wouldn't really call it a hotel more than it is a hostel, the checking out process took ages
Further Comments: It's more a hostel than a hotel, it's simple, it was clean. Checking in wasn't too much of a problem, but checking out took forever as they only had 1 staff member who had to check everybody's room, and there were many people checking out all at the same time. It would have been nice if they had tea and coffee facilities in the room. At the end of the day, it was a place to sleep and put your head down, but that's about it. It was cheap.

Good Points: Good facilities, esp the shower. It was easy to use, and I was able to leave early
Bad Points: Room was cold with the window open when I arrived, and didn't heat up overnight
Further Comments: Knowing the exact checking out procedures would have been useful. The staff were friendly, and the toilets and showers easy to use, and powerful. The heating could have been better

Good Points: acconadation was clean & bright , showers & toilet were very clean
Bad Points: noisy guests !!!
Further Comments: my experience of the hotel was positive , the accomadation was excellent value for money & location excellent (toby carvery next door was ideal for an evening meal)
