Good Points: Quiet location with clean and spacious room at a very reasonable rate. Very close to the town centre.
Bad Points: Bathroom door didn't lock properly.
Further Comments: It was good that the money had to be paid on check in but this was not made clear at the time of booking when debit/credit card details were taken. Also these details were on file in the reception area, I am not sure who would have access to these deteils and if they are destroyed after successful payment?

Good Points: The rooms were clean with ample facilities ie: kitchenette, television and beautiful bathroom with super duper power shower. The staff were very friendly and polite.
Bad Points: Do not be put off by the area of the reception as this is seperate from the hotel itself.
Further Comments: Excellent value for money and only 8 minutes away from Luton Airport by taxi.

Good Points: It was central
Bad Points: The room and bed was too small, heating in room was not adjustable, on a main road so was very noisy as had window open for air, bathroom was tiny and no iron also was a very funny musky smell there.

Good Points: Close to pub and Chinese restaurant. Close to The Mall/Arndale shopping centre. Reasonable price.
Bad Points: The corridors are a bit narrow and cramped
Further Comments: The local pub is a gay bar and the hotel prides itself on being gay friendly. We found that 'straights' were welcome both at the hotel and bar (although you will have to wander further afield if you want real ales - Butte Street). The kitchen has a fridge for milk (some UHT provided) and a kettle, microwave and toaster for snacks. The main advantage is that you are allowed food in your room (takeaways, etc.). This is a great one night stop over. No frills, but no trouble. The shopping is excellent in Luton and here you are in the thick of it.

Good Points: It was adequate for the price and not too far from the shopping area and the station for travel to the airport.
Bad Points: Dislike is too strong a word.The only suggestion I would make is that the lighting in the room could be improved for reading purposes.

Bad Points: Unfortunately many things; no proper curtains, very noisy (I had about 2 hours sleep!) TV poor reception- room needs a bed side lamp for reading-no locks on the door.
Further Comments: Really the above explains in full my experience. In would not come again. The very least one expects is some curtains, a quietish room (the walls are paper thin) etc
