| Good Points:
comfy bed, good restaurant onsite |
| Bad Points:
rooms very small [but neat] and bathrooms even smaller [you could basically burn your bum on the radiator if you needed to sit down and I'm only 5ft tall !! |

Room too hot - kept turning heating down, only to discover it had been turned back up again... |

Cold shower, but quickly tended to by staff. |
| Further Comments: Close to town centre, yet quiet. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Restaurant is obviously very popular, would have liked the opportunity to book a table when booking a room. |

There was no evening meal available during my stay.
The single room allotted to me was extremely small but I was moved after my complaint.
I would call this a guest house rather than hotel and overall it was poor value for money.
Elderly persons should note that there is no lift. |

I would call this a guest house rather than hotel and overall it was poor value for money.
Elderly persons should note that there is no lift. |

| Further Comments: overall it was a great hotel for the weekend stay , but if you like a pint in the evening there are more pubs in bowness about 2 miles down the road with a lot of accommodation around ,but i can not fault this hotel and i would stay again, highly reccommended. |
