Good Points: Clean room with attractive decor
Further Comments: Hotel recently tastefully renovated. Room spacious with good sized single bed.Well stocked hospitality tray. Conveniently situated on main Wolverhampton-Tettenhall Road, pleasant suburban location. Though this is a busy Road and I had room at front of building, traffic noise not intrusive in hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful.A very good small hotel where I'd be happy to stay again.

Good Points: The room was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bad Points: The hotel and car park were not very well signposted.
Further Comments: The room, staff and breakfast were wonderful. I will be recommending that all staff from my organisation visiting this area use this hotel in future.

Good Points: A hotel that is trying really hard, room I stayed in was excellent quality considering the price
Further Comments: Compared with chain hotels this was real value and unlike the large chains the breakfast was freshly cooked and there was plenty of choice. I had problem with paying with my card but it was all sorted out in a helpful way. Really impressed Thank you staff at hotel

Good Points: The York Hotel has extremely comfortable and warm furnishings of high quality. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Nice place to relax.
Bad Points: Breakfast wasn't very hot with only one piece of toast each and tiny teapots, but more was provided on asking, so no real complaint.
Further Comments: Very nicely decorated, quality furnishings, comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a car park at the back of the building which is easily accessible. Good choice for breakfast and if you want more toast or tea then just ask. Highly recommend it. We enjoyed it. Thanks.

Good Points: The rooms, reception, atmosphere and staff were brilliant
Bad Points: I cant honestly say I had anything to dislike
Further Comments: The hotel was very well decorated, very clean, the rooms were fully equipped for my needs, the staff were all friendly and willing to provide a top quality service and I would definetely stay there again if in the area

Good Points: Cleanliness of room. Facilities in room
Bad Points: Bathroom mirror light did not work
Further Comments: Better details about car parking (which were fine) A better location description ( Tettenhall road is very long and you cannot see the building numbers when driving alone!)

Good Points: Simple but clean and elegantly furnished. Breakfast was very good.
Bad Points: Very scruffy car park with steep approach
Further Comments: Pleasantly surprised at the modern fittings and decor in a small city centre hotel, particularly in that location. We expected something more basic and were pleased to find the room comfortable and the breakfast very pleasant.
