| Good Points:
I didn't find anything special in the accommodation. I have stayed in much better hotels with better facilities at half the price. |
| Bad Points:
I was staying as a single and yet paid for the room as double accommodation. |
| Further Comments: I was not impressed. The car park fee of ᅢツᅡᆪ8 per day was too high and should be included in the price with the room. I waited too long to be served breakfast and then received just two poached eggs when I'd ordered a full Welsh breakfast. Had to complain to 2 staff before I got the breakfast I'd ordered. I was in the breakfast room for just over 50 minutes which was far too long.
I doubt if I would ever stay here again as I consider the hotel over rated. |

| Good Points:
THE DECOR WAS VERY TASTEFULLY DONE AND THE ROOM WAS VERY SPACIOUS,CLEAN AND INVITING. THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY WAS FIRST CLASS. |
| Bad Points:
THE LACK OF TEA AND COFFEE MAKING FACILITIES WAS QUITE A DISSAPOINTMENT, AS THERE WAS MORE THAN ADEQUATE SPACE FOR THE ABOVE FACILITY. THE SIZE OF THE TELEVISION WAS ALSO AN ISSUE( IT WAS DIFFICULT TO WATCH FROM THE COMFORT OF THE BED.. |
| Further Comments: THE LACK OF INFORMATION REGARDING THE TEA AND COFFEE FACILITIES WAS A BIT DISSAPOINTING, BUT APART FROM THAT AND THE TELEVISION OUR STAY AT YOUR HOTEL WAS FAULTLESS AND WE SHALL BE BACK SOON ARMED WITH A BIG FLASK AND A PLASMA T.V :) |

| Good Points:
The view. |
| Bad Points:
Electrical items needs up-grading. i.e L.C.D. TV, dvd player, I.Pod,Hair-drier, although there was a free modem line for a P.C.which was a added bonus. |
| Further Comments: A good pleasant stay, see my review on trip advisor for more details. |

| Good Points:
Room was clean, modern, spacious and I liked the balcony. Comfortable bed. |
| Bad Points:
Nothing. |
| Further Comments: Very pleasant, polite and helpful staff. Mermaid Quay and Techniquest (for children) a short walk away. Nice setting down on the Bay.
I would have liked the Hotel bar to be more like a Pub than a wine bar, maybe with draught beer and a pool table, but that is a very minor criticism. I suppose it would go against the Spa health ethos! |

| Good Points:
Its position on the waterfront |
| Further Comments: Having stayed at the hotel before we knew all the good points about the hotel which we like to have. Perhaps to have known about alternative, cheaper parking would have been useful, but otherwise we were very content. |

| Good Points:
Excellent views and location. Spa area very pleasant and easily accessed from rooms. |
| Bad Points:
All extras, like car parking, room service etc very expensive. |
| Further Comments: A very relaxing, if expensive, place to stay when visiting Cardiff. Stunning building and good location overlooking Mermaid Quay and the city with the mountains beyond.
Ten minutes drive into city. Its worth knowing that you need to have a car to drive to local restaurants.
Lovely swimming pool, sauna and whirlpool area with salt water bathing areas. Very relaxing. |

| Good Points:
Spa facilities including bath robe and slippers and residents private lift. View from room- long window and balcony. Comfortable large bed. Bath. friendliness of reception staff and in particular the night staff both conceirge and reception desk. Greeting on arrival. |
| Bad Points:
Very little. There was one issue where a member of the concierge had forgotten to book a late night taxi which could potentially have lead to me missing a connection, however the concierge staff on duty at night rapidly took control of the situation and sorted it out. I also was disappointed that in order to get tea and coffee making facilities in my room I had to order it each day. Overall very small issues. |
| Further Comments: It was a very relaxing visit. I felt really comfortable in my room and the view was fantastic. The spa was a real highlight. |
