Good Points: hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful - lovely people. breakfast was amazing! :)
Bad Points: appliances in need of major updating. shower was not very good.
Further Comments: overall we had a great stay in pitlochry. it was really relaxing and quiet, just what we were looking for. staff were lovely thanks :)

Bad Points: tables being cleared while folks still having breakfast this was supposed to be a relaxing break
Further Comments: Disgusted that while breakfast is served between 0830 to 0945 A person came down at 0920 only to be told no bacon left Also at 0900 no wholemeal bread left one day i was there, food not up to much Seems more intrested in people on bus trips then those who booked direct Could have had a better deal in a B+B

Further Comments: The bedrooms including en suites were in need of up dating and refurbishment. The hotel looked tired and out of date, apart from the bar area and dining room where an effort had bee shown.

Good Points: The Breakfast was superb with a varied selection for all tastes.
Bad Points: No dislikes apart for the small bedroom which was used as a double room.
Further Comments: Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely with a wide selection. Only problem was the car park, went out after booking in to view the shops and didnt manage to get a parking space when I arrived back. Overall would certainly go back.

Good Points: Einrichtung und Lage des Hotels und Freundlichkeit des Personals. Parkmￃﾶglichkeiten direkt am Hotel.
Further Comments: Wir waren mit der Einrichtung und der ruhigen Lage des Hotels sowie der und Freundlichkeit des Personals sehr zufrieden. Es gab Parkmￃﾶglichkeiten direkt am Hotel, und das Ortszentrum ist schnell zu Fuￃﾟ erreichbar. Das Frￃﾼhstￃﾼck war ausgiebig (englisch + europￃﾤisch).

Good Points: Room was very comfortable and had all the usual facilities tea/coffee, hairdryer, tv, etc.
Bad Points: The only minor complaint was that the bed had a pine foot board which was quite high and could obscure the view of the tv if lying on the bed.
Further Comments: The staff were friendly and courteous. We did not eat evening meal but this was available if booked in advance.

Good Points: Staff good friendly and helpfull, no shower in room but let me access a shower room. Beautiful situation for the hotel, short walk into Pitlochry.
Bad Points: No shower in room, breakfast not very Scottish no haggis! Breakfast needed some updating.
Further Comments: Wonderful hotel, with great public bar with locals (Always good sign when locals drink in a hotel) Residents lounge nice and homely, plenty to do in local area. Breakfast needs a bit of work but generally good value and service.

Good Points: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The foodd was lovely.
Further Comments: My general review of my stay is that it was very good. We were only there for one night and the room was nice and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Also the foodd was nice. So overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Good Points: The lady who checked us in was very friendly and she was very helpful and kind. The room had a beautiful view as promised and was clean...only thing being that there was no shower, only a shower haed attached to the tap in the bath. The staff at night in the bar were very helpful and quick.
Bad Points: We were VERY rushed through breakfast in the morning, in fact one member of staff stood and waited for us to finish. Breakfast was said to be from 8:30 until 9:45......we were there at just before nine and out by twenty five past but you'd have thought we'd come down at 9:45! Also there wasn't any food left for us and nobody went to get more even though they checked the basins!
Further Comments: Would not go back but overall a fairly good experience.....shame aswell because in the initial few hours we were raving about it, the morning definately brought it down. A good start but a poor finish. (However on leaving, the same lady who checked us in, checked us out and again she was lovely!)
