Good Points: the views were lovely,with balcony,superb for summer.friendly helpful staff,gd choice of rms.
Bad Points: heating poor,bathroom clean but poky and damp as no ventilation.no sausages for the cooked brecky!

Good Points: It was comfortable and as we fortunate enough to be given a balcony with a sea view it made it more pleasurable.
Further Comments: The staff were friendly and met your requirements. The breakfast and service were excellent, started the day off well. The hotel was on rather a steep cobbled road so may not be to practicle for the elderly or those with difficulty in walking. We had a taxi from the airport,but took the bus back to the airport which can be picked up at the bottom of the road the hotal is on. cost ￃﾂￂﾣ1.00 better than a taxi ￃﾂￂﾣ7.00.

Good Points: Very convenient for the airport and somewhere to eat
Bad Points: Shower worked with plenty of hot water but decor was rather 'tired' in the bathroom.
Further Comments: The mangaer was very polite and arranged a cold breakfast which I did not expect , leaving at 6.30am. Most places would not have bothered. It would be good to recommend somewhere to eat, I had the worst meal out I have ever eaten in a local establisment

Good Points: Beautiful little building, extremely helpful and friendly staff, large comfortable room, great views, lovely breakfast, everything clean and working well.

Good Points: The breakfast was good and the room was tidy and the bed was comfortable.
Bad Points: The sink in the middle of the room which was a bit odd and the shower was a little slow.
Further Comments: The end of the day you could see the hotel was in the process of redecorating and the overall stay was good value for the money and it was local to the relatives that we where over to visit.

Good Points: It was a nice location. Because we'd booked late and could only get a twin room, they kindly moved the furniture around to make it into a double room for us.
Bad Points: The room smelt very musty. The bathroom had a horrible smell and the shower curtain was mouldy. The breakfast was only served between 8.30am and 9.00am. The instructions for the use of towels was put in a drawer so we were unaware that we had to leave our towels in the shower in order to receive fresh ones. Therefore we only had our towels changed once in 4 days.
Further Comments: For the price that we paid for the Guesthouse, we would have expected a much higher standard. I stay in hotels regularly in the UK for my job and the charges are around the same. We were disappointed with the appearance of the room. It does need some serious modernisation. We felt that 30 minutes serving time for breakfast to be unreasonable when you're on holiday. Please note that we have not been to Jersey before and it maybe that the other Guesthouses in Jersey, operate a similar situation when it comes to breakfast. In all, we are basing this feedback on just one visit to Jersey so we have nothing to compare it to on the Island.

Bad Points: Dining room was very cramped and rather dismal; no butter was provided at breakfast, then three little squares were just tossed onto the table when we asked for it. Tea tasted quite disgusting.
