Good Points: good service overall from staff good breakfast too..
Bad Points: hotel was boiling hot need to learn to open some windows at least in bar and resturant..phew !!

Good Points: We were made very welcome from the moment we entered the building by your lovely staff,our room was ready on arrivial,the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was very good,The food was exellent,superb choice on the menu,staff were very freindly and accomadating.The evening entertainment also very good.
Further Comments: We would highly recomend your hotel,we thoughly enjoyed our stay and have every intention of revisiting,we can only say thank you for a lovely stay.

Good Points: Clean Room Great sea view
Further Comments: When booking on line it didn't say that it was DBB we thought it was only BB. AS for the breakfast it was limited could have been more substantial. Would stay again

Good Points: very clean , food quite good
Bad Points: parking the car was a real problem, not very happy about it at all
Further Comments: on the whole, things were very good, a lot of problems with parking although its advertised as having on site parking. when the room was cleaned, the staff left our room unlocked all day, until we returned to it, with all our posessions in it.we ended up with a room for disabled, the sink in the bathroom was so small, you hit your head on the tap every time you tried to clean your teeth, and there was no where to put your toiletries etc.

Further Comments: on the whole, things were very good, a lot of problems with parking although its advertised as having on site parking. when the room was cleaned, the staff left our room unlocked all day, until we returned to it, with all our posessions in it.we ended up with a room for disabled, the sink in the bathroom was so small, you hit your head on the tap every time you tried to clean your teeth, and there was no where to put your toiletries etc.

Further Comments: was a pleasant place. The only bad point was there was limited parking which we were not aware of and so we had to pay for a non secure car park away from the hotel.

Good Points: The bathroom was generous, we had a sea view and breakfast was delivered to the table at a record time.
Bad Points: It was boiling hot. Reception was closed and so we had to book in at the neighbouring hotel. Our bedroom was impossible to find and we had to trail back with our cases to ask for help. The lift was incredibly slow and when we went to check out a disembodied voice just kept repeating put the keys in the box which I thought rude.
Further Comments: This is a hotel for retired people. The entertainment and heating of the building reflected this and they are not set up for people arriving late on business.
