Good Points: Good Value for Money
Bad Points: Appauling bed - Felt like sleeping on a piece of foam, with a small slither of extra foam for a pillow
Further Comments: You get what you pay for, but for the rack rate of this hotel, beware, you do not net a lot!

Good Points: The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped (no fridge though). Pillows were great! Convenient location for us and easy parking.
Bad Points: The girl at check-in was not very efficient - not very customer friendly. When I tried (and failed) to book direct with hotel, reception was curt and almost rude. No breakfast available even in our room before 8am at the weekend (we needed something at 6.30am).
Further Comments: Very convenient for our trip and the room definitely met our needs. Would always book online through Activehotels rather than call hotel directly - much easier and got confirmation very quickly.

Good Points: Very helpful and polite staff. Overall great value for money. Didn't eat in restaurant as had already arranged something else - but had a peak at the menu and it looked very tasty!
Bad Points: Beds were very soft.
Further Comments: Perfect for what was needed - an overnight stay in good location for a great price.

Good Points: Hotel is set in nice extensive grounds and although on a main road we found the room very quiet.
Bad Points: Antiquated TV in room We found a beetle in our cup and saucer at breakfast

Good Points: The hotel is excellent value. The room was comfortable and the hotel has a nice feel of space and cleanliness. The grounds are very pleasant, there is ample parking, and the breakfast is very good.

Further Comments: For our purpose the hotel was ideally located. Our overnight stay was everything we had hoped for.

Good Points: Good value for money, plenty of parking, walking distance of Sherbourne centre, room service, bar, restaurant, good sized clean room, pleasant grounds.
Bad Points: Bit of an ugly building.
Further Comments: Nice, convenient hotel at a reasonable price.

Bad Points: Pillows too small (very flat) and not comfortable. limited choice on TV Cooked breakfast not fresh
Further Comments: Very good surroundings but the hotel had a very 60's feel to it and the staff not as professional as other hotels I have stayed at.

Good Points: The attitude of the staff was particularly helpful, as they let us park all day before we checked in, and agreed to bring breakfast on the Sunday morning forward 3/4 hr as our party had to be in the town by just after 8am.
Bad Points: The hotel is in need of refreshment - it's tired and a bit worn round the edges. Our room was OK, but others we saw were very jaded.
Further Comments: We booked this hotel as it's the only one in walking distance of the town centre (15 mins) which wasn't 'boutiquey' and didn't charge an arm and a leg. It was satisfatory from that point of view.

Further Comments: Ideal for overnight accommodation but we would not recommend using the restaurant. The evening meal was disappointing and the breakfast was mediocre.

Good Points: It was clean and roomy. Bed comfortable.
Bad Points: Difficulty in getting hot water in the morning had to run the tap for 5 mins before warm water came through.
Further Comments: Hotel was just right for an overnight stay, not sure I would want too long a stay here.Furnishings slightly tired. The room had lots of space and was very clean.Would come again when an overnight stop in the area is needed.

Good Points: The room was very nice and it was lovely to have the tea and coffee replenished. The staff were very friendly. The food was very good and Good location and quiet.
