| Good Points: the situation, within walking distance of the city and shops. |
| Further Comments: excellent stay, excaellent staff and the rooms and their interior were of an excellent quality. Booking process and check in was quick and easy and involved no fuss. A perfect hotel for a young couple unexperienced in booking hotels. |

| Further Comments: Very friendly and helpful staff both in reception and in the restaurant.
Reception staff organised car parking in the adjacent car park, and the restaurant staff took trouble to explain the buffet layout for breakfast. |

We had a good nights sleep and breakfast was lovely. |

| Further Comments: The front desk staff that were working the day we arrived were fantastic when we got lost on the way to the hotel.
The only problem is that the sat nav will probably wan to take you up a no entry road, you have to go around the back of the hotel!! |

| Further Comments: The hotel is easy walking distance from the Monument Metro Station allowing me to park outside of the city and was convenient for St James Park and city centre entertainment. |

| Further Comments: other than the pillow been flat and life less the hotel was nice and clean, the staff at the front desk was so helpfully answered every question and gave great advise( very big thanks to david on the front desk)would use this chain of hotels again and again |

| Further Comments: very sceptical b4 i booked but once there soon changed my mind.hotel was excellent.we had a twin room which was a bit on the smallside but had everything we needed. staff were excellent as was the breakfast and its one minute from the shops. would certainly stay here again. |
