Breakfast was excellent,access to internet was free and available,good location to most fascilities in the local area and proprietors understood my needs re the golf i was playing in the area. |

| Further Comments: we have stayed many times in llandudno always using the bigger hotels after staying at the del mar they wins hands down for lovely room clean and comfortable and up to date appliances in room Breakfast was just what you needed to see you through the day (husband recommends full English) proprietors were helpful with knowledge of area and promotion of llandudno enjoyed our stay and would like to return later in the year |

| Further Comments: This is a lovely comfortable guest house, ideally situated for all facilities. The breakfasts are more than adequate and delicious and the owners are warm and friendly and very helpful. We felt comfortable and completely at ease throughout our stay - a home from home you might say. We visit Llandudno quite frequently and it is certainly the best place we have found so far - we will certainly stay there again. |
