| Good Points:
Nice comfy bed, clean. Good wall mounted TV with Freeview. Very nice breakfast with plenty of choice for your dietry needs. |
| Bad Points:
Quite noisy from the rooms above. |
| Further Comments: Very good, Would definately consider booking here again in the future. Also very close to centre and even though there is no parking i got a space on the road no problem. |

| Good Points:
Very clean, friendly family owned guesthouse in the process of being upgraded. Excellent breakfast! |
| Further Comments: I only stayed one night and there are numerous hotels in Llanduddno. The website allowed me to view a number in my price range. I was pleased with my choice and further queries were adequately dealt with on the phone.
Good value for money. |

| Good Points:
Beautifully decorated, friendly people, relaxing environment. |
| Bad Points:
nothing |
| Further Comments: Unable to tick a childrens box on the booking form, but otherwise the whole process was easy. This guest house was easily the best we have stayed at in the area - newly decorated in a relaxing simple style, plenty of hot water, sparkly clean rooms, and the general feeling from the whole family that we would rather stay in than go out.. We will return!! |

| Good Points: first impression was good.exterior of the hotel was nice then on entry we was pleased with our choice.the reception area, dining room&lounge area were all very nice.the lady serving breakfast was welcoming. |
| Bad Points: after checking in we went to our room&were then disappointed with our choice.the decor, furniture&overall appearance of the room was way behind the rest of the hotel.also i think what truley makes a guest house is the finishing touches of a room where guests can see some thought gone into making you feel welcome,e.g complimentary soaps etc&towels neatly folded on beds.unfortunately there was none of this.no shower either.i also felt very unwelcome when i went down to reception to ask for more tea bags&milk only to be charged for them! not only did i feel this was wrong but we didnt even have enough in the room in the first place so couldnt have a drink on arrival after travelling without having to go back down to request more.i have stayed in many hotels&guest houses&never before been charged for a couple more tea bags! the full english breakfast wasnt much to write home about either, dont expect a hearty breakfast to set you up for the day. |
| Further Comments: my opinion of our stay is that they mainly cater for the elderly even though they do have family rooms.the heat in the room knocked us out on entry&couldnt be turned off.the hotelier said it was because he,d had a lot of older people in to stay.also the size (or lack of it) of the breakfast told me this,BUT we arnt old people. |

| Good Points: Very freindly and helpful staff, very clean premises, decent and reasonably priced food |
| Bad Points: The room was very small and the TV only worked intermitently |
| Further Comments: Overall it was a positive experience. I took my 6 year old daughter away for the weekend and she thouroughly enjoyed her stay at the Sunnyside hotel. The staff were very helpful and attentive. My main gripe would be the size of the room - it was very small and made me feel that it wasn't good value for money, especially as the TV was very temperamental. Two things I wish I'd been warned about beforehand were the fact that it was a non-smoking hotel - surely that should've been advertised on the website? and the terrible parking situation in Llandudno - I had to park about 15 minutes walk away from the hotel. |
