Good Points: Good location convenient to the city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful, booking taxis for us and helping to find food.
Bad Points: The decor was tired and the mattress was very hard. The Wireless Internet connection (one of the main reasons I made the booking) was broken for the duration of my stay.

Further Comments: Der Aufenthalt in Cambridge war angenehm.

Good Points: Could park car on hotel premises several hours afeter check out.
Bad Points: had to pay cash because of error with card reader system. Caused some delay but not big problem

Bad Points: Coffecups that was not clean and the breakfastroom was very thight One of the beds had no bedsidelamp. Poor breakfast

Bad Points: Small room. Small towels, not replaced with dry towels after 1st night. Non-fuctioning lamp - got repaired. Window latch broken, could not lock. Let in excess noise from office area.
Further Comments: Very basic room. With little effort could be made much more comfortable. Expensive for quality level. Offered rooms without booking for much less.

Good Points: Die Lage nahe am Bahnhof.
Bad Points: Das Zimmer war relativ unpraktisch eingerichtet, z.B. gab es kaum Ablageflￃﾤchen (der Wasserkocher musste auf dem Boden seinen Platz finden), und vom Bett aus war kein Lichtschalter zu erreichen. In der Tￃﾼr zur Nasszelle fehlten die Haken fￃﾼr Handtￃﾼcher (nur Lￃﾶcher in der Tￃﾼr). Handtￃﾼcher waren ohnehin erst auf Nachfrage zu bekommen.

Good Points: Nothing, except it was central
Bad Points: This is a ROTTEN, OVERPRICED RIP-OFF! Towels on the floor - no towel racks. Room so small couldn't even get to one side of bed. None of staff speak even bad English. Bed is really a fold out matress with no inner springs. Staff exceedingly unhelpful. Knew nothing about hsitoric Cambridge. Breakfast horrible

Bad Points: The breakfast was the least imaginative we have experienced in an hotel, apart from being cold when served. We complained about this on checking out, but doubt if it registered.

Bad Points: Everything - the room was not clean enough, not comfortable and part of the staff was bad (the russian guy)!
Further Comments: One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to anyone.
