Good Points: The location of the Hotel was Excellent
Bad Points: Not having a remote for the DVD player in room to watch DVD's that i had bought
Further Comments: I felt that the staff were welcoming and helpful upon my arrival, at breakfast time my departure

Good Points: the room was lovely and very clean
Further Comments: the staff were very friendly and helpful, the restaurant within the hotel was great, the walk to the metro is only down the road, breakfast is a buffet of what you would expect along with the full english option, in all the stay was ***** quality.

Good Points: the room was clean and airy.
Bad Points: the broken door handle on the bathroom, the blocked drain in the shower and the broken toilet seat.
Further Comments: The hotel is on busy road directly opposite student accommodation. So be careful what time of year you are planning your stay!
