Good Points: staff very polite and helpful,the hotel in very nice area.
Bad Points: very noisy outside and no drinking water with the room,
Further Comments: The hotel is very close to @bristol but I stayed in a room by the road which very noisy, could not sleep all night. However,the room is clean and the staff are nice. Still could do with water.

Further Comments: The staff at the hotel were very effiencint and helpful when i lost an item of jewellery, I couldn't fault this hotel in anyway.

Good Points: The rooms were spacious. Public areas pleasant.
Bad Points: The noise from the harbour bars which we were not warned about. My mother had a room overlooking the back and was not disturbed. There were no disabled rooms available. My mother-90 yrs old- found the toilet very low.
Further Comments: There was no warning about the number of steps to the restaurant. For a 90 yr old lady and a couple with various mobility difficulties this was a serious oversight. perhaps - if a disabled room is not available, an aid for the toilet could be provided e.g. a riser on the seat. The hotel corridors did appear in need of some refurbishment/decoration as the paper was peeling in places. There was no warning about noise from the harbourside bars.Little sleep until after 03.00 am Restaurant staff were pleasant and helpful. Food and wines were excellent. Bar service was a bit slow.

Good Points: The room facilities, breakfast and evening meal were all excellent and the hotel was run very efficiently.

The reception staff were all very helpful in providing the answers to any questions about the location of various places we had to visit and the best way to get there. The staff in the restaurant and bar wrere very efficiient and we enjoyed the berakfast and the evenong meal that was offered. The room was always kept very clean by the room cleaning staff. Jurys is an excellent hotel to stay at for a visit to Bristol.

Good Points: The room was clean, and comfortable. The fact that internet access was available and handy. Closeness to the Harbour side.
Bad Points: The only thins is that the sink in the bathroom was leaking at the floor side of it.
Further Comments: Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was very good, and food was great as well. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Further Comments: As I have already stated the Staff were very helpful in all areas of the Hotel from the Bar to Reception to the Cleaning Staff - Would have no problem staying hear again when the need arises again. A Burns

Further Comments: Its a pleasent enough hotel but does not match the standards of 4 star hotels that I have stayed in. This is a shame as the location was ideal with lots of great places locally.

Good Points: the location was very good in the centre of the city and the NCP carpark was a very good price for the weekend
Bad Points: for the star facility of the hotel i expect the toilet to be clean, there be a tea spoon for the brew kit and thte teabags topped up daily. this was not the case as when the toilet seat was lifted on arrival there were 2 urine stains before we used it. there was no teaspoon to stir our tea and we had 3 regular teabags that had to last us for the weekend. this should be checked when the room is tidied
Further Comments: overall it was a decent stay, however, for a 4 star hotel the basics in my eyes was not adhered to as commented in dislikes above. sometimes it was hard to communicate with the receptionists as they were foreign also but finally the point was put across when we could not exit the carpark with our card so the NCP staff had to be called out to lift the barrier

Good Points: Very clean, good service.
Further Comments: There is wired broad band internet connection in the room and costs 10 pounds per 24h. This is the same price as almost every other hotel we have stayed in UK. Wireless only exists in the lobby.

Further Comments: room looked into well of hotel, so no waterside view. Good breakfast. Expensive poor quality evening meal

Further Comments: Cost of meals available and sample menu would have been good to see online.An enjoyable stay. Would return to this particular hotel again and would seek out Jurys Hotels in other locations.

Good Points: View from bar/breakfast room
Bad Points: Noise from outside which went on into the early hours of the morning. Broken bath plug hole Lack of mini bar Very expensive and very horrible glass of wine in the bar
Further Comments: Not a good night's stay. Key issue was street noise preventing us from getting a good night's sleep. But broken bath plug was annoying. Wouldn't stay here again

Good Points: Clean, comfortable and conveniently situated.
Further Comments: Found staff extremely helpfull when tryng to find a parking space for my awkward sized vehicle.

Good Points: Good car parking. Comfortable room but small bed. Excellent dining facilities
Bad Points: Why was there only one set of towels for two people? Late cleaning of rooms.
Further Comments: Good food. Easy accessible car parking. Easy access to town and docks. The noise from bars and music was very loud. I was told that we could only have a double bed. Are there really no twin beds?

Good Points: Good sized room, nice decor and comfortable bed.
Bad Points: Bath and sink both require maintenance as both plugs allowed water to empty when closed.
Further Comments: Food from the restaurant was good, although the menu was quite restricted. Car parking in NCP adjacent free overnight although chargeable between the hours of 9.30am and 5.30pm

Good Points: The room was well appointed and it was particularly helpful to have a desk area and a sensible chair.
Further Comments: The hotel is centrally placed and adjacent to the vibrant harbour area. Consequently there are bars, a small cimena and a choice of eateries very close.

Good Points: Very central for most requirements, Good parking.
Bad Points: The room needed a little bit of attention in terms of paint work & television update (the remote didn't work & was stuck together with tape)
Further Comments: Very pleased with the hotel in general. The location was excellent for shoppping, restuarants & bars. Good value for money, although breakfast was expensive. The hotel was generally looking good, but the room was in need of some modernisation (TV was small, old & remote didn't work all the time)

Further Comments: Just booked one night, for us and we did not have to use any of the Hotels facilities. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.
