| Good Points: roomy, clean and modern |
| Bad Points: soundproofing poor |
| Further Comments: this is a new development in the centre of Birmingham and offers truly good value. Situated near shops and restaurants, just off the ring road. Accommodation was excellent with many facilities and scrupulously clean with good towels and linen. Didn't try b'fast as many eateries close by V helpful staff.
Difficult to reach by car - use Mail Box car park as suggested. Soundproofing should be better, tv controls were impossible to work, as indicated by other reviews |

| Good Points: Central, new quality fittings, equipment and furniture. |
| Bad Points: As a lone traveller I felt very isolated stuck in a corner of the hotel and notvery secure as the patio door was open, the front door only locked by a lock that could be opened by a key from the outisde and I had to close all blinds and curtains immediately as I was overlooked by an office. I really didn't feel very secure. |
| Further Comments: Although the apartment was very modern it was a bit cold looking and didn't feel very welcoming. There were also no facilities on site and I just felt completely alone. There was no written information in the room at all so I didn't know anything about where I was staying. The hotel was also poorly signed from the outside and I had to call and hand my phone over to the taxi driver so he could establish where to go. There was also someone's name on the door to my apartment which I found strange I was expecting to walk in on someone. I would recommend the hotel again for that particular apartment but not to a lone traveller. |
