Good Points: It was very clean, the staff were very friendly, and it was in a good location for the purpose of our stay.
Bad Points: There was nothing we disliked about the accommodation
Further Comments: We enjoyed staying at the hotel as it was very convienient being able to come and go what ever the time. The breakfast was very nice and good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bad Points: Very unclean bathrooms, noisy neighbours, unclean sheets and towels.
Further Comments: Having stayed at other Premier Inn Hotels around UK, I was disappointed at this hotel. Not only was the bathroom dirty (very unclean toilets, but also the towels and bed linen were not thoroughly cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel.

Good Points: Accomodation clean and tidy. Restaurant available which appeared to be of an adequate standard.Staff extended our check out time by two hours and checked us in early which we really appreciated.Staff very helpful and friendly.
Bad Points: Location is out of town and takes about 15-20 minuites to get into city centre. Parking was limited and we had difficulty finding a space at 10pm at night.

Further Comments: Ideal hotel for a family break. We ate in the restaurant and the staff were excellent. We were with 3 other families, and had a total of 8 adults and 11 children. The waiters were patient and extremely helpful in sorting out our order and payment. The food was excellent. We also had the best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel.

Further Comments: Friendly & helpful staff. Clean & well fitted rooms. I travel on my own & get fed up being pushed into a cramped single room which usually costs the same as a double. Here it didnt happen. I had a good room at a good price. Thank you

Good Points: Easy to get to from the mototway and not far from our family in Llandaff
Further Comments: I do not think there is anything I would have liked to have known before booking as all the relevant information was on your web-site as to availablity, types of room and prices, what the room comprises of, what meals are available and what facilities are on offer at the hotel and also how to get there. No complaints at all, a comfortable stay with you.
